In Q3 2025 the product team was focused on what retailers and brands need most: reliable delivery promises, smoother day‑to‑day work and simpler ways to scale. 

The updates delivered, and outlined below, help reduce manual effort, improve on‑time delivery and strengthen control across Mirakl-powered marketplace and dropship platforms, while laying the groundwork for AI to handle more routine tasks for you.

Updates for retailers: Speed up workflows and deliver with confidence

From delivery accuracy to returns and promotions, these updates are designed to remove everyday friction, so your teams can move faster, keep promises, and scale with control.

More accurate shipping estimates with Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager now help improve the entire fulfillment journey, before and after checkout. Before checkout, the new predictive estimated delivery date uses AI and historical performance to forecast delivery dates, choose from three strategies to match your goal, such as minimizing late deliveries or optimizing the delivery window for conversion. After a shipment is on its way, we display live carrier ETAs in the tracking timeline. This keeps expectations current and enables proactive notifications by email or SMS.

We’ve also added analytics to monitor prediction accuracy and delivery performance by seller, carrier, zone and method.

Lastly, first‑party order tracking is now supported via API. Together, these updates reduce “Where is my order?” contacts, lift conversion, and improve customer satisfaction.

A modern, faster operator and seller experience

We refreshed the operator dashboard and seller overlay to reduce clicks and context‑switching, so teams can get to the right tools when they need them.

API-first user and shop administration

Managing seller users across systems can be time‑consuming and error‑prone as you scale. To help, we made it so you can now programmatically create/link users, manage roles and bulk update access, keeping your data in sync and accurate, without a ton of manual work.

Returns: cleaner queues, faster triage

Return queues get messy and hard to prioritize. New features like the "Closed" and "Cancelled" statuses, tracking-number search, comprehensive Excel exports (including reasons and tracking) and multi-store filtering empower teams to concentrate on active cases, streamline warehouse coordination and accelerate processing times.

Enhanced catalog correction workflow for sellers

We’ve made catalog management faster and more reliable with:

  • New smart filters that surface products that need attention (including AI-processed items).

  • Consolidated error reporting that provides one source of truth for all validation issues with export capability.

  • Protected corrections that ensure manual seller fixes won't be overwritten by future imports.

Image attribute extraction now available for Catalog Transformer  

Missing attributes slow listing speed, reduce product page quality and hurt discoverability. 

Catalog Transformer's AI technology can now extract missing product details such as color, material; pattern or style from images to help you provide more information to customers — without requiring extra time or effort from your team.

Enhanced promotional campaigns

The price is automatically locked during events, and auto-clean afterwards, supporting everything from B2B bundles to peak season execution like Black Friday.

Shoppers expect the same loyalty points, gift cards and other operator-funded methods they use in stores to work online.

Seller-funded reserves
