Application

Phone screen
If you are selected, you will be invited to a first interview with a recruiter.
Interviews
If successful, you will then meet the hiring manager and a few future colleagues (on-site or via Zoom). Your expertise and fit with our core values will be assessed.
Interviews will follow the STAR method and assess your skills as well as your alignment with the company’s values.
Evaluation
Your interviewers will debrief internally to discuss all elements of your background. Then you will receive a final decision within two weeks.

I started at Mirakl as a Talent Acquisition intern, then continued on a fixed-term contract before joining the Mirakl Connect team as an Account Executive for the German market through an internal mobility opportunity. Almost two years later, what strikes me the most is the company’s dynamic: the product is constantly evolving, and internal opportunities allow you to reinvent yourself and keep learning.
