Mirakl documentation portal (hereinafter the “Help center”) provided by the company Mirakl (hereinafter “Mirakl” or “us” or “we” or “our”), is provided to our customers via a dedicated platform (hereinafter the “Platform”).

In this context, Mirakl acts as a joint data controller for the collection and transmission of data to the third party but only to the extent that it is technically necessary. Beyond the collection and technical transmission, Mirakl does not have any control over third party Cookies. We are in no way responsible for the sharing, the publications, comments or any other contents and any other data processing activities of the third party website.
We therefore recommend you review the privacy policies as well as the terms and conditions of these third party websites before accepting third party Cookies.
3. How to set up or change cookie settings on our platform?
Except for the necessary Cookies, you can consent to our use of Cookies according to the pertinent categories.
You can block at any time the storage and use of Cookies either by setting up your browser according to the instructions below or through the tool made available to you on our Platform (i) when you first log on the Platform and (ii) at any moment by clicking on the “Cookies Preferences” link in the footer or dedicated Documentation page.
