  • Context & objectives

    To develop its e-commerce website’s growth, which is already its biggest store with an annual growth over 20%, the brand Nature & Découvertes has decided to add a marketplace allowing third-party sellers to embrace its values for a clever and accessible commerce.

    Thanks to the Marketplace, Nature & Découvertes develops easily its product offering without any stock or logistic constraints and keep a full control on the expansion of its catalogue. The marketplace offers are accessible from any stores of the chain in order to reinforce the synergies between the shops and accelerate the multi-channel development.

    As usual, the 6th favourite brand in France is placing the customer at the core of its strategy by proposing a highly qualitative and cross-channel purchasing experience.

    The main challenge upon this project was to rapidly launch a marketplace that enables Nature & Découvertes to accelerate the expansion of its catalog to highly qualitative products families, whilst providing an provide an irreproachable quality of service. Mirakl teams also provided support to N&D’s teams in order to wisely integrate the marketplace in their multichannel strategy giving an easy, efficient and coherent access to the marketplace offer in all the stores chain.
