LPP Group has launched a new marketplace for its Sinsay brand, expanding its existing eCommerce model to third-party sellers, new brands and product categories.
LPP Group recently launched their Sinsay marketplace, enabling the retailer to rapidly broaden its online assortment by bringing third-party sellers, additional brands and new product categories into its existing eCommerce experience.
Powered by Mirakl Platform and implemented by Silky Coders, internal software house in LPP Group, with support from Spyrosoft, Sinsay Marketplace enables the management of products, offers, orders, payments, returns, settlements and sellers.
The core integration project was completed in less than six months. Silky Coders implementation team supported by Spyrosoft led the design and development of the integration layer connecting Mirakl Platform with the group’s eCommerce environment, from defining business requirements and designing the solution architecture to deployment and post-launch support.
Following a technical testing phase, Sinsay Marketplace opened to sellers and customers at the beginning of September.
Extending Sinsay’s eCommerce model with marketplace
With its new marketplace, Sinsay can expand its assortment beyond its existing offering, introducing new brands and product categories through third-party sellers while maintaining a consistent shopping experience for customers.
Mirakl Platform integrates with LPP’s existing eCommerce environment and business processes, providing the technology and seller management capabilities needed to operate and grow the marketplace.
Building an infrastructure designed to scale
The marketplace architecture was designed to support the gradual growth of Sinsay’s seller network, product range and order volumes.
With Mirakl Platform at its core, Sinsay Marketplace provides LPP with the infrastructure to scale its marketplace and continue expanding its online offering over time.
