The services Mirakl Marketplace Platform, Mirakl Catalog Manager and Mirakl Platform for Services (hereinafter together the “Mirakl Cloud Services”), provided by the company Mirakl (hereinafter “Mirakl” or “us” or “we” or “our”), are provided to our customers via a dedicated platform (hereinafter the “Platform”).
