Marketplace model enables Campadre to rapidly scale exclusive deals as company expects more than 50% of sales to come from the marketplace
STOCKHOLM (21 June 2021) – Mirakl, the industry’s most advanced enterprise marketplace SaaS platform, today announced that Campadre, the first and largest online shopping club in the Nordics region, has launched an online marketplace as part of the company’s ambitious digital transformation programme that aims to extend Campadre’s leadership.
The Campadre marketplace, powered by the Mirakl Marketplace Platform, is now live in Sweden and will launch in Norway, Finland and Denmark in the coming months.
The marketplace is enabling Campadre, part of the Best of Brands Group, to scale their product offering quickly and with ease, so that they can bring their 1.5 million members more of the premium brands and products they want, both in existing and new categories.
150 sellers have already joined the Campadre marketplace and the company is aiming to double that number by the end of the year. Through the marketplace, Campadre is creating a large but curated community of sellers that are aligned with the company’s brand DNA, guaranteeing customers the quality products they have come to expect from Campadre. The marketplace is also opening up opportunities for Campadre to expand internationally.
The Campadre marketplace is the first of three Best of Brands Group brands to launch a marketplace this year. As a result, customers will have multiple ways to shop and sellers multiple ways to sell, whether it be through the membership and off-price websites of Campadre and Members, or full price on the Best of Brands website.
With the launch of these three pioneering marketplaces, Mirakl is rapidly accelerating growth in the Nordic countries.
